Hearing Sense is like an amazing family. From the minute I walked in over 8 years ago as a young first time Mum with sudden hearing loss I just felt so supported and at home. Kelly was beautiful in normalising hearing aids and showed so much patience and compassion with me, trialling lots of different options before we settled with Lyric. Since then, I haven’t looked back. My work and social life improved so much. I often forget I even have hearing loss! Please don’t ever change your service, the whole team have been so accommodating, and so kind. I would recommend Hearing Sense in a heart beat to anyone. Especially younger folk who feel ashamed of hearing loss – there is a solution out there and you’ll get your life back!
