We’re thrilled to share some wonderful news with our Norwood patients and the wider Adelaide community! Our Norwood clinic has moved to a beautiful new space at 2/205 The Parade, Norwood – and the best part? We’re just across the road from our old place!

Don’t worry – it’s still the same passionate team led by Kelly and Pavel, the same personalised care you’ve come to trust, and we’re still right in the heart of Norwood’s vibrant community. We’ve simply grown into a space that better serves you and your hearing health needs!

Important: Only Our Norwood Clinic Has Moved

So there’s no confusion:

Our Norwood clinic has moved to 2/205 The Parade, Norwood (Just across the road from the old Norwood clinic!)

Our Unley clinic remains at 1/402 Unley Road, Unley – no change!

Our Salisbury clinic stays at its current location at 16 John Street, Salisbury – no change!

If you’ve been seeing us at Unley or Salisbury, absolutely nothing has changed for you. Your appointments, your audiologist, and your clinic location all remain exactly the same.

How to Find Our New Norwood Clinic

We’re literally just across the road from our old Norwood clinic! If you’ve visited us before, you’ll spot us easily.

From Our Old Location:

Cross The Parade and you’ll see our welcoming Hearing Sense signage at 2/205. That’s it – we told you it was close!

Landmarks to Look For:

We’re still in the heart of Norwood, right by the Norwood Village Medical Centre. We’re also a short stroll away from some of the lovely cafes and clothes stores Norwood has to offer!

Parking:

Street parking is available on the Parade and the surrounding side streets. 

Accessibility:

Just like our old location, our new clinic is ground floor and wheelchair accessible!

Q: Has my appointment been cancelled or moved?

A: Not at all! Your appointment is still going ahead at the same date and time – just at our new address at 2/205 The Parade, Norwood. We’ll send you a reminder with the new address details.

Q: What if I accidentally go to the old address on the day?

A: No worries whatsoever! We’re literally across the road – you’ll see us from our old location. Just cross The Parade and look for our signage. 

Q: Is the Unley or Salisbury clinic moving too?

A: No! Only Norwood has moved. Our Unley and Salisbury clinics will remain unchanged. 

Q: Will I still see my regular audiologist?

A: Absolutely! The same passionate, experienced team is at our new Norwood clinic. Kelly’s still bringing her 20+ years of expertise and that infectious enthusiasm for helping you hear your best.

Q: Are your phone numbers or email changing?

A: No, all our contact details remain exactly the same. You can reach our Norwood clinic on the same number you’ve always used.

Q: Do I need to do anything different?

A: Just update the address in your GPS or notes to 2/205 The Parade, Norwood. Everything else – your appointment time, your audiologist, our phone number, our approach to care – stays the same.

Q: What if I have trouble finding the new clinic?

A: Call us on 8331 8047 when you arrive in Norwood, and we’ll guide you to our new location. We understand it might take a visit or two to get used to the new spot, and we’re here to help make it as easy as possible.
