I decided it was time to do something about my hearing loss after several
years of putting it off and chose Hearing Sense Norwood as my first point
of call from those located in my local area.
I opted for a personal visit to make an appointment rather than an online
booking in order to get an initial feel of the place. I also wanted an
independent practice which offered a range of choices and was not just a
franchisee or promoter of one or two brands.
Walking out of the door after that initial visit and setting up an
appointment I immediately felt that I had come to the right place.
Since that first visit to make that appointment things have never looked
back and after 6 months or so I am very happy with my hearing aids and
wished I had acted years earlier.
In relation to the nature and degree of my hearing loss and the path ahead
with hearing aids Kelly offered clear professional explanations and advice,
attention to detail, listened carefully and addressed my questions and
concerns in a warm friendly manner which instilled knowledge and confidence
in me about using and managing my hearing aids.
I was encouraged to drop in at anytime with questions or issues and i have
done this several times and have always found the reception staff welcoming,
helpful, patient and able to address my concerns on the spot.
I didn’t realise the degree of my hearing loss until I started wearing the
hearing aids. For example its good to hear the birds again when walking.
