My hearing had got progressively worse for a few years and it was brought to a head after a meeting at work. My boss was very straight and simply said “get it fixed”. I was recommended Hearing Sense by a friend and booked an appointment as soon as I could. The team at the Norwood clinic were fantastic and showed genuine interest in my hearing issues. After all the testing and discussion some hearing aids were agreed on. The fitting process was very easy and relaxed and after some fine tuning I was off out into the new world. The first thing I noticed was a noise from behind me, it took me a while to work out that it was my own footsteps 😂. There were more discoveries, rain, indicators in the car (who knew?) and when I got home I could hear my family talking to me. Since that day my life changed I have had exemplary service from these guys, from batteries to check ups, replacements and repairs. Every dealing I have had with Hearing Sense has been pleasant and simple, I have recommended these people to many of my friends and have no hesitation to recommend again, they are a pleasure to deal with, thank you guys.
