Just a note to the new clients for hearing aids, and/ or hearing advice.
I thought a few years ago that maybe I should have my hearing checked. I had had a test some years before but didn’t go any further.
Later I was talking to a friend who said, “don’t put it off, your hearing will only get worse.”
So, at his advice I went to Hearing Sense located at Norwood and met Kelly and her lovely staff. They were very friendly and helpful, and set me up with a pair of aids, plus good advice.
I then found out they opened a branch in Unley (5mins from home) so I paid a visit. Pavel, Kelly’s husband, runs that branch and Salisbury. I have found him equal to Kelly (except she is better looking) with help and advice. There is no pressure, and the staff, are equally as friendly and helpful.
A while ago I found I had lost a lot of my hearing in the left ear, caused through Meniere’s Disease. Pavel suggested I go for cross over aids. The bad ear’s aid receives and sends it to the good ear. This enables you to hear better all over, and I have found that I no longer lose voice through comprehension as I was before.
I thoroughly recommend either branch and have had good relations with Pavel.
If you are thinking about it, pay them a visit for a free check, you will have nothing to lose.
