My experience and my husband’s at hearing sense has always been a pleasure. We both have 2 aides and are pleased with our results. Kelly and her team are always available if you feel something is not quite right and will always fix it no matter how minor.
Even when it is simply our fault they never put you down but explain in great detail what to do.
