If you are a pensioner/ veteran and have hearing aids through the Government Hearing Services program

Then, if you have elected to take up the Battery & Maintenance program, you simply pay a small annual fee and the government pays the rest.

The current fee for 2015 – 2016 is $43.31.

This entitles you to free unlimited batteries and servicing or repairs, even if your hearing aids are out of warranty. Simply pop into the clinic or give us a call on 8331 8047 and we are more than happy to post batteries straight to your house.

If you are transferring from another clinic and have already paid the fee for the year, you do not need to pay us again for that year. This will simply transfer over to us so we can carry on looking after you.

  • We take the hassle out by simply mailing fresh packets to you once you have run out. Of course, we would love to see you if you pop into the clinic to pick them up.
